From Colombo Fort Bus Station, take a bus heading towards Kalutara. Look for the buses marked 'Kalutara' or 'Galle'. The journey will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at Kalutara, get off at the Kalutara bus stand. From there, walk east towards Galle Road (A2) for about 10 minutes until you see Kalutara Bodhiya on your left.

Head to Colombo Fort Railway Station and take a train on the Coastal Line towards Galle. Make sure to check the schedule for train timings. Get off at Kalutara South Station, which is the closest to Kalutara Bodhiya. Once you exit the station, you can either take a tuk-tuk or walk for about 15-20 minutes towards Galle Road (A2). Kalutara Bodhiya will be located on your left along Galle Road.
