Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the Colombo Fort area, start by heading southwest towards the Galle Face Green. From Galle Face Green, continue walking along the shoreline until you reach the intersection with Galle Road. Turn left onto Galle Road and continue walking until you reach the intersection with the Colombo 7 area. At this point, you can either take a local bus or continue walking straight until you reach Viharamahadevi Park, which will be on your right side.

  • Bus

    Locate a bus stop in Colombo. You can take any bus heading towards Colombo 7. The buses with routes 138, 140, and 149 frequently pass through this area. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at the Viharamahadevi Park stop. Once you get off, the park entrance will be a short walk away, and you should see the park's sign indicating the entrance.

  • Tuk-Tuk

    To reach Viharamahadevi Park by tuk-tuk, find a tuk-tuk stand or hail one from the street. Communicate to the driver that you would like to go to Viharamahadevi Park in Cinnamon Gardens.
