If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Kandy or Colombo. Take the A1 road towards Kegalle and then switch to the A26 towards Ginigathhena. Continue on the A26 until you reach the intersection with Kalawaldeniya Road. Turn onto Kalawaldeniya Road and follow it for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Aberdeen Waterfall. There is a small parking area near the waterfall where you can leave your vehicle.
