Car

If you are driving from the Dry Zone, head towards Colombo via the A1 highway. Depending on your starting location in the Dry Zone, you may need to take local roads to reach the A1. Once on the A1, continue driving towards Colombo. As you approach the city, follow signs for Colombo Fort. Once you reach Colombo Fort, look for directions to Chaithya Road. The Galbokka Lighthouse is located at WRPR+G84, Chaithya Rd, Colombo 00100. Parking is available nearby, but be aware of parking fees that may apply.

Public Transportation

For public transportation, take a bus from your location in the Dry Zone towards Colombo. Buses are frequent and usually take you to the Colombo Central Bus Station. Once you arrive at the bus station, you can take a tuk-tuk or a local bus to Chaithya Road.
