From the center of Ella, head towards the Ella Railway Station. Exit the station area and turn left onto the A23 road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Ella Rock trailhead on your right. Follow the trail signs for Ella Rock, but instead of heading up to the rock, keep an eye out for a smaller path leading down towards Kuda Ravana Ella Waterfall, which should be visible on your left. The trail will lead you through lush greenery and may be a bit steep in sections. After approximately 20-30 minutes of walking, you will reach Kuda Ravana Ella Waterfall.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can hire a tuk-tuk from any point in Ella. Just tell the driver 'Kuda Ravana Ella' or show them the map location (V26V+XJX, A23). The ride will take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. The tuk-tuk will drop you off at the nearest point accessible by road, and from there, you may need to walk a short distance down a path to reach the waterfall.

For those who enjoy cycling, rent a bicycle in Ella and head towards the A23 road. Cycle along the road for approximately 1 kilometer, and look for the Ella Rock trailhead on your right. Follow the same path as described in the walking option, keeping an eye out for the signs directing you to Kuda Ravana Ella Waterfall. The cycling journey will take around 15-20 minutes, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.
