Start your journey at the Ella Railway Station. From the station, head east on the main road (A23) for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by several shops and cafes along the way. After approximately 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction where the road forks. Take the left fork towards the Rawana Falls. Continue walking on this road for about 1 kilometer. You will start to see signs for Little Rawana Ella Watching Place. Follow the signs and keep an eye out for the entrance to the hiking trail.

From your accommodation in Ella, hail a tuk-tuk and tell the driver you want to go to Little Rawana Ella Watching Place. The journey should take about 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The driver will take you along the A23 road. You can ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the hiking trail leading to the watching place.
