Car
If you're driving from Galle town, head east on Hospital Street towards the Galle Fort. Continue straight until you reach the main road (A2). Turn left onto the A2 and drive for about 5 km, following the signs towards Unawatuna. Look for a small sign indicating Hidden Beach on the left. Park your car at the designated parking area nearby (please note that parking may incur a small fee). From the parking area, you can walk down a short pathway to reach the beach.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From Galle Main Bus Station, take a bus heading towards Unawatuna. The fare is typically around 30 LKR. Once you arrive at Unawatuna, ask the bus conductor to drop you off near the Hidden Beach sign. After getting off, follow the signs and pathways leading down to the beach, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.
Tuk-Tuk
For a more convenient option, you can hire a tuk-tuk from anywhere in Galle. Negotiate the fare beforehand, which should typically range from 300 to 500 LKR depending on your starting point. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of Hidden Beach. Make sure to agree on a pickup time, as tuk-tuks do not usually wait.
