    Getting There

    Tuk-Tuk

    From the center of Hikkaduwa, head towards the main road (Galle Road). Look for a tuk-tuk stand, or simply wave one down. Inform the driver you want to go to Mirissa Beach. The ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes, and you will enjoy scenic views along the way. The driver will drop you off near the beach entrance.

    Bus

    Walk to the nearest bus stop on the Galle Road. Look for buses that are heading towards Matara or Mirissa. The bus ride to Mirissa will take around 45 minutes. Once you reach Mirissa, get off at the main bus stop, and you will see signs directing you to Mirissa Beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.

    Bicycle

    If you're feeling adventurous, you can rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Hikkaduwa. Start by cycling along the Galle Road heading south. Follow the road signs towards Mirissa. The distance is about 20 kilometers and should take around 1-1.5 hours. Look out for the turn-off signs for Mirissa Beach; it will lead you directly to the beach area.
