If you are starting from the Jaffna Fort, head east on Hospital Road until you reach the junction with Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. Turn left onto Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the sign indicating 4வது உலகத் தமிழாராய்ச்சி மாநாட்டு உயிர்க்கொடையாளரின் நினைவாலயம், which will be on your left at number 249. The memorial park is located near the Chundikuli area.

From the Jaffna bus station, take a local bus heading towards Kankesanturai. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Chundikuli. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you reach Chundikuli, exit the bus and walk towards Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. The memorial park is located at number 249, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
