If you are starting from the Jaffna Fort, head east on Hospital Road until you reach the junction with Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. Turn left onto Jaffna-Kankesanturai Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass by several shops and local eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the sign indicating 4வது உலகத் தமிழாராய்ச்சி மாநாட்டு உயிர்க்கொடையாளரின் நினைவாலயம், which will be on your left at number 249. The memorial park is located near the Chundikuli area.
