If you are driving from the Kandy city center, head towards Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha. Follow the road signs towards the Temple of the Tooth (Sri Dalada Maligawa). Continue straight until you reach the roundabout near the temple and take the first exit onto Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see a small turnoff on your left leading to the Arthur's Seat View Point. There is limited parking available along the roadside.

From the Kandy bus station, take a local bus heading towards the Temple of the Tooth. The fare is around LKR 20-30. Ask the conductor to drop you off at the Temple of the Tooth, which is a well-known landmark. Once you alight, walk towards Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe Mawatha, which is adjacent to the temple. Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers along the road until you reach the turnoff for Arthur's Seat View Point on your left.
