If you are starting from the Kandy City Center (KCC), exit the mall and head towards the main road, Sangaraja Mawatha. Turn left and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see the Kandy Lake on your right. Continue walking along the road until you reach the intersection with the Peradeniya Road. At the intersection, turn right onto Peradeniya Road. Walk for another 300 meters until you reach the entrance of the British Garrison Cemetery on your left. The cemetery is located at the coordinates 7.292928, 80.642921.

From your hotel or any location in Kandy, you can easily catch a tuk-tuk. Tell the driver to take you to British Garrison Cemetery. It's a well-known tourist spot, so they will likely know the location. The ride should take about 10-15 minutes depending on traffic. If you prefer taking a bus, head to the nearest bus stand. Look for a bus that goes towards Peradeniya or the Kandy bus terminal. Get off at the Kandy bus terminal. From there, you can either walk (about 1 km) or take a tuk-tuk to the British Garrison Cemetery. If walking, exit the bus terminal and head towards the main road, turn right onto Peradeniya Road, and walk straight until you see the cemetery on your left.
