From Kandy city center, take a tuk-tuk or taxi to Kandy Railway Station. From there, board a train heading towards Nawalapitiya. Get off at the Huluganga Railway Station. From the station, you can either walk or hire a local guide to lead you to Huluganga Ella Waterfall.
