From Kitulgala town, head southwest on the A7 road towards the town of Avissawella for about 2.5 kilometers. Look for a sign indicating the turn-off towards Lenthiri Ella Falls. Take the left onto the gravel road and continue for about 1 kilometer. Park your car at the designated parking area. From here, follow the marked trail for approximately 500 meters to reach Lenthiri Ella Falls. Note that the road may be rough, so a vehicle with good clearance is recommended.

Start at the main bus stand in Kitulgala and take a local bus heading towards Avissawella. Inform the bus conductor that you want to get off at the stop for Lenthiri Ella Falls. The bus ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, costing around 50 LKR. Once you disembark, follow the gravel path towards the falls, which is about a 1-kilometer walk.
