From Kitulgala, take the A7 highway towards Nuwara Eliya. Drive for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the turnoff for Aberdeen Estate. Follow the signs leading to Aberdeen Waterfall, which is located within the estate. Proceed along the unpaved road until you reach the parking area for the waterfall.
