From Kurunegala town, head west on the A6 highway. Continue for approximately 3 km until you reach the junction for the Gampola road. Turn left onto the Gampola road and follow it for about 5 km. Look for signs leading to Aandagala, which is located at G92F+PFV. The journey typically takes around 15-20 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
Public Transportation
To reach Aandagala by public transport, take a bus from Kurunegala bus station heading towards Gampola. The fare is usually around 50 LKR. Inform the conductor you want to get off at the Aandagala stop, which is about 8 km from Kurunegala. After disembarking, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach Aandagala, which is marked on your map as G92F+PFV.
Tuk-Tuk
If you prefer a more direct route, hiring a tuk-tuk from Kurunegala town is a convenient option. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey; it should range between 400 to 600 LKR for a round trip. The driver will take you directly to Aandagala, which is located at G92F+PFV.
