If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Matara. Head south on Galle Road (A2) and continue to follow the road along the coast. After approximately 8 kilometers, you will reach Dondra. Look for signs directing you to Dondra Head, and turn onto Port Access Road (WHCV+GJ4). Follow this road until you reach the Dondra Head Lighthouse, which is a prominent landmark in the area.
