Tuk-Tuk
From the center of Matara, head towards the Matara Clock Tower. You can find tuk-tuks stationed there. Inform the driver that you want to go to Silent Beach in Tangalle (Tangalle 82000). The ride will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes, depending on traffic. Ensure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
Bus
Walk to the Matara Bus Station, which is located near the Matara Clock Tower. Look for buses heading towards Tangalle. The bus ride will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you reach Tangalle, ask the conductor to drop you off near Silent Beach or get off at the Tangalle Bus Station. From there, you may need to hire a tuk-tuk or walk a short distance (approximately 1.5 km) to reach the beach.
Walking
If you are already near Silent Beach, walk towards the beach by heading south from the main road in Tangalle. Follow the coastal road for about 1.5 km, and you will arrive at Silent Beach. Keep an eye out for signposts or locals who can guide you along the way.
