Turn right onto a dirt road and drive for about 1 kilometer until you reach the fort. There is limited parking available near the entrance.

Get off at the stop near Mullaitivu Hospital. From there, you can either walk about 1 kilometer towards the coast along the A35 road, or you can hire a three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) for a short ride, which should cost around 200 LKR. The three-wheeler can drop you near the entrance of the fort.
