By Car
If you're traveling by car, start by heading towards Polgahawela on the A6 highway. From Colombo, take the A1 highway towards Kurunegala, then connect to the A6. As you approach Polgahawela, keep an eye out for the sign for Waduwawa Yatigal-oluwa on your right. Turn onto this road and follow it for approximately 1 km. You will reach the Mahamevnawa Buddhist Monastery, which is situated on the left-hand side. Parking is available on site.
