    From the center of Ratnapura, head southeast on Main Street (A4) towards Pahanthudawa Junction. Continue for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction, then turn left onto the Puhulwella Road (B266). Drive for another 3 kilometers until you see a sign for Pandalawa Ella. Follow the road signs, which will lead you approximately 1 kilometer off the main road to the waterfall. Parking is available near the entrance.

    Begin at Ratnapura Bus Station and take a bus heading towards Puhulwella. This journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Puhulwella bus stop. From there, you can either walk for about 2 kilometers along Puhulwella Road or hire a tuk-tuk (approximately LKR 300-500) to take you directly to the entrance of Pandalawa Ella.
