Car
If you are driving from Trincomalee Town, head east on Main Street (A6) towards the coast. Continue straight for about 6 kilometers. Once you reach the coast, turn right onto Nilaveli Road. Follow this road for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach Nilaveli Beach. Look for signs indicating the beach area as you approach.
Public Transportation
From Trincomalee Town, head to the bus station located near Main Street. Look for a bus heading to Nilaveli; these buses frequently depart throughout the day. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at Nilaveli Beach. Once you arrive, follow the signs towards the beach, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
