The Commonwealth War Cemetery will be on your left at the coordinates J687+39P, approximately 5 km from the center of Trincomalee. There is no entry fee to visit the cemetery, and parking is available along the road.

To reach the Commonwealth War Cemetery by public transport, take a bus from Trincomalee town center heading towards Nilaveli. Buses frequently depart from the main bus station. Inform the driver that you wish to visit the Commonwealth War Cemetery. The journey takes around 30 minutes.
