From the center of Trincomalee, head towards the Trincomalee Clock Tower located at the junction of Main Street and Koneswaram Road. From the Clock Tower, walk along Main Street towards the beach area. Continue straight until you reach the beach, and then turn left onto Nilaveli Beach Road. Follow this road for approximately 12 kilometers, and you will find the Pigeon Island National Park Ticket Office on your right. It is near the entrance to the park, just before you reach the beach.
