Follow the B40 for approximately 4 km, and then you will see a sign for Bostock's Chair. The location is marked as VX8X+C32, which is about 1 km down a smaller road on your left. Make sure to park safely at the designated parking area before proceeding on foot.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Bandarawela to the town of Ella, which is frequent and costs around 50 LKR. After reaching Ella, you will need to hire a tuk-tuk or a taxi to take you to Bostock's Chair. The tuk-tuk ride will cost approximately 300 LKR and take about 15 minutes. Inform the driver to take you to VX8X+C32, as they should be familiar with the location.

If you are already nearby and prefer walking from the center of Bandarawela, it's about a 30-minute walk to Bostock's Chair. Head southeast on the A5 road and continue for about 3 km until you reach the Bandarawela Railway Station. From there, take the B40 road for about 4 km.
