If you're driving from the city of Ella, take the A23 highway south towards Wellawaya. Continue for approximately 15 km until you reach the Wellawaya junction. From there, turn left onto the Visari Ella Road. Drive for about 5 km and follow the signs to Visari Water Falls. There is parking available near the falls. Keep in mind that the road may be narrow and winding, so drive with caution.

To reach Visari Water Falls via public transportation, take a bus from Ella to Wellawaya. Buses run regularly throughout the day and the journey will take about 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Wellawaya, you can take a tuk-tuk or a local taxi to Visari Ella Road, which is approximately 5 km from the bus station. The tuk-tuk fare should be around 500-800 LKR. Ensure to negotiate the fare beforehand.
