Getting there

Car

If you're driving from any location in Western Province, head towards Colombo via the E03 highway. Follow the signs for Colombo and merge onto the highway. Continue straight until you reach the Fort area. From Fort, take the Galle Face Road heading toward Colombo 07. You will pass the Galle Face Green on your left. Continue straight and turn left onto Independence Avenue. Independence Square will be on your left at 7 Independence Ave, Colombo 00700. Parking is available nearby but may incur a small fee, typically around 100-200 LKR.

Public Transportation (Bus)

From any town in Western Province, find a bus heading towards Colombo. Many buses will go to the Colombo Fort area. Once you arrive at Fort Bus Station, exit and look for buses or taxis heading towards Cinnamon Gardens. You can take a short bus ride or a tuk-tuk to Independence Square. Inform the driver you want to go to Independence Square at 7 Independence Ave, Colombo 00700. The fare for a bus ride is usually around 50-100 LKR.

Taxi or Ride-Sharing (e.g., Uber)

If you prefer a more direct route, you can use a taxi or a ride-sharing app like Uber. Simply input 'Independence Square, Colombo' or '7 Independence Ave, Colombo 00700' as your destination. Train
