From your location in Lelydorp, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road. Look for a bus heading towards Paramaribo that mentions 'Middenstandspolder'. Board the bus and inform the driver that you are going to Bigi Pan. The bus will take you through the scenic routes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Bigi Pan, which is typically near the junction to Middenstandspolder.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from a local shop in Lelydorp. Head north on the main road, following the signs towards Middenstandspolder. Continue cycling until you reach the sign for Bigi Pan, which will be marked along the route. Be cautious of traffic, and take the side roads when possible for a more pleasant ride.

For those who enjoy walking, start from the center of Lelydorp and head north along the main road. It is approximately a 2 to 3-hour walk. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Middenstandspolder. Once you reach the entrance to Bigi Pan, you will need to walk a bit further to reach the main area of the national park.
