From Mariënburg, start by heading towards the main road (Sawarienotolaan). Walk northwest until you reach the intersection with Spathodelaan. Turn left onto Spathodelaan and continue walking straight. The Paramaribo Zoo will be on your right-hand side, just a short walk away.
Public Transport
In Mariënburg, look for a local bus or minivan heading towards Paramaribo. Board the vehicle and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for Spathodelaan. Once you get off, walk down Spathodelaan towards the zoo, which will be on your right side.
