If you are driving, head towards Paramaribo from any location in Saramacca District. You will take the N1 road, which is the main route connecting Saramacca to Paramaribo. Continue straight until you reach the city limits of Paramaribo. Once in the city, follow the signs towards the city center. As you approach the center, take a right onto Keizer Street. Vaillantsplein will be on your left at Keizer St 52. There is street parking available, but it may require a small fee depending on the area.

To reach Vaillantsplein via public transportation, first, locate a bus or minibus heading to Paramaribo from Saramacca. Buses regularly depart from various points within Saramacca, and the fare is typically around 5 SRD (Surinamese Dollar). Upon arriving in Paramaribo, you can disembark at the central bus terminal. From the terminal, you can either take a taxi to Keizer Street (which will cost approximately 15-20 SRD) or walk to Vaillantsplein, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. To walk, head east on Domineestraat, then turn left onto Keizer Street, and continue until you reach the square.
