Car
From Åre, head south on E14 towards Duved. After approximately 15 kilometers, take the exit towards Duved/Sundsvall. Continue on the road for about 5 kilometers. You will see signs for Valadalennaturreservat. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at the parking area near the entrance of the nature reserve.

Public Transportation
From Åre, take the bus to Duved. The bus service is operated by Länstrafiken Jämtland and runs several times a day. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Duved, you can either walk (approximately 2 kilometers) following the signs to Valadalennaturreservat or check if there are any local taxis available that can take you to the nature reserve entrance.

Walking from Duved
If you arrive in Duved by bus and choose to walk, head north on Storgatan, then turn right onto Valadalsvägen. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signs directing you to Valadalennaturreservat. The path is well-marked, and you will enjoy beautiful views along the way.
