Dominating the highest peak stands Anna, a colossal 14-meter white figure by Jaume Plensa, crafted from polyester resin and marble dust. Created specifically for Pilane in 2015, this serene young woman gazes eternally over the Bohuslän archipelago, her form both ethereal and immense—one of the world's largest sculptures of its kind. From her vantage, the Pater Noster islands shimmer on the horizon, framing a panorama that shifts with light and weather. Anna has become an enduring landmark for Sweden's west coast, her presence anchoring the park's identity.

Every year from late spring to early autumn, Pilane unveils new installations by leading sculptors. Past exhibitions featured Erwin Wurm's whimsical fat cars, Tony Cragg's organic abstractions, and Laura Ford's playful bronzes, alongside permanent pieces like Göran Hägg's vibrant yellow Monarch butterfly perched on boulders and the baroque flourish of Baroque Schnörkel curling skyward. Recent additions include Ugo Rondinone's archaic stone figures and Primordial series evoking primordial beings amid the cliffs.
