Great Experience
The company got in touch with me prior to me leaving the states to confirm my arrival. As they stated in communications a driver was waiting holding a sign with my name upon arrival. We were in a luxury vehicle. Driver was friendly and answered all of our questions about Gotenberg that we were asking. He just was offering great info in general.

On time and driver was waiting for my group. I will rate more star if the driver is willing to help us carry my luggage to the van. He just walked ahead of us to his van.
