Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Visby, the capital of Gotland. Head east on Route 142 (Galgberget) for approximately 15 km. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Route 148. Turn left onto Route 148 and drive for about 20 km. Follow the signs for Grogarnsberget, and soon you will see signs leading to the nature reserve. There is a parking area near the entrance to the reserve. Parking is typically free.
Public Transportation
To reach Grogarnsberget using public transportation, take the local bus service from Visby to Lärbro. The bus departs from Visby Bus Station. Check the current schedule, as the frequency may vary, especially on weekends. Once you arrive in Lärbro, you can either walk (approximately 3 km) or take a taxi to the entrance of Grogarnsberget. Make sure to confirm the taxi fare beforehand, as it can vary. Walking will take you along scenic paths, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding nature.
Bicycle
If you prefer a more active approach, consider cycling to Grogarnsberget. You can rent a bicycle in Visby and take Route 142 east towards Grogarnsberget.
