Bus
From Jönköping Central Station, take Bus Line 26 towards Gräshagen. The bus departs every 30 minutes. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Elmiavägen' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk west along Elmiavägen for about 5 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Rosenlunds bankar, väst, which is located on your right.
Bicycle
If you prefer biking, rent a bicycle from one of the bike rental services near Jönköping Central Station. Head towards Elmiavägen by following the bike lanes. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you reach Elmiavägen, continue straight until you see the entrance to Rosenlunds bankar, väst on your right.

If you enjoy walking, start from Jönköping Central Station and head southwest on Östra Storgatan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Elmiavägen. Turn left onto Elmiavägen and walk for about 20-25 minutes. You will find Rosenlunds bankar, väst on your right. Look for the signs indicating the entrance to the national reserve.
