If you are starting from the center of Norrköping, head southeast on Drottninggatan. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Keep an eye out for the large park area on your left. Hörsalsparken is located at Drottninggatan 48. Once you reach the park, you can easily enter through the main entrance.
