If you're driving from central Umeå, head south on Storgatan towards Rådhustorget. Continue straight onto Kungsbacka and follow the signs for E4. Merge onto E4 and drive for approximately 5 km. Take the exit toward Umeå C and follow the signs for Umeå city center. Keep left at the fork to stay on Umevägen, then turn right onto Helena Elisabeths väg. The Västerbotten museum will be on your left at Helena Elisabeths väg 3, 903 42 Umeå. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a small fee.
