Bus
From Östersund city center, walk to the bus station located at Jämtlands Gymnasium, approximately 10 minutes on foot. Look for the bus line Röd (Red Line) that goes towards Frösön. Purchase a ticket at the station or on the bus. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Frösö Kyrka'. From the bus stop, walk along the road towards Unnamed Road for about 500 meters. You will see the Frösö Runestone on your left.

Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Östersund city center. Head towards the Frösö Bridge, which is about a 10-minute ride. Cross the bridge and continue straight on Frösövägen. After crossing the bridge, follow the signs for Frösö. Turn left onto Unnamed Road after about 2 km, and the Frösö Runestone will be on your left side after another 500 meters.

Start at Stortorget in Östersund. Walk towards the Frösö Bridge; this will take around 20 minutes. Once you reach the bridge, cross it on foot. After crossing, continue straight on Frösövägen.
