Walking
If you are in the center of Östersund, start at Stortorget (the main square). From Stortorget, head east on Prästgatan, then turn left onto Rådhusgatan. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Järnvägsgatan. Turn right onto Järnvägsgatan. Walk straight for about 700 meters until you reach Östersund Train Station. From the train station, continue on Järnvägsgatan until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Hovsgatan. Follow Hovsgatan for approximately 1 kilometer. After passing the commercial area, you will see Parkängen on your left side. It is located at the address 831 59 Östersund.

Begin at Östersund Central Station. Take bus number 1 (towards Frösön) from the bus stop located in front of the station. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Parkängen' bus stop. Walk a short distance from the bus stop to the park entrance. Parkängen will be directly in front of you.
