If you are in the northern part of Södermalm, head south towards Folkungagatan. Walk along Folkungagatan until you reach the intersection with Mariatorget. From there, turn left onto Mariatorget. The park will be directly in front of you.

If you are near a metro station, you can take the Green Line (T18 or T19) and get off at Mariatorget Station. Once you exit the station, you will find yourself at the north end of Mariatorget. Just walk south to reach the center of the park. Note that a single ticket for the metro costs around 44 SEK.
