Public Transport - Bus
From Västerås city center, walk to the Västerås Centralstation (train station). From there, take bus line 4 towards 'Djäkneberg'. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Sundby' stop. From the bus stop, walk south on Sundbyvägen for about 1 kilometer until you reach the entrance to Björnöbacken, which is a national reserve located in the SO region of Västerås.
Walking
If you are near the Västerås Centralstation, you can also walk to Björnöbacken. Head south on Vasagatan, which will turn into Sundbyvägen. Continue walking straight for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach Björnöbacken. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes.
Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle in Västerås city center. Once you have a bike, head south towards Sundbyvägen. Follow Sundbyvägen for about 2 kilometers until you reach Björnöbacken. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.
