From central Umeå, take the E4 highway north towards Skellefteå. Continue on E4 for about 70 km until you reach the exit for Åmsele (Road 363). Take the exit and turn left onto Road 363. Follow this road for approximately 20 km. Mårdseleforsens naturreservat will be on your left side. There is no entry fee for the nature reserve.
