If you are traveling by car, start from the city of Umeå. Head southwest on E4 towards Sundsvall. Continue on E4 for approximately 145 kilometers until you reach the exit for Arnäsvall (Exit 441). Follow the signs for Arnäsvall and turn right onto Road 335. Continue on Road 335 for about 10 kilometers, then turn left onto Skagsudde road. Follow this road for another 2 kilometers until you arrive at Skagsudde, located at Skagsudde, 891 96 Arnäsvall. Ensure you have a map or GPS on hand for more precise navigation.
Public Transportation
To reach Skagsudde via public transportation, take a bus from Umeå to Sundsvall. The bus service is operated by Länstrafiken Västerbotten. Once in Sundsvall, transfer to a bus heading towards Arnäsvall. The bus ride from Umeå to Sundsvall takes about 2 hours, and the bus from Sundsvall to Arnäsvall takes around 1 hour. Once you arrive in Arnäsvall, Skagsudde is approximately a 25-minute walk (2 km) from the bus stop. Alternatively, you can arrange for a taxi from the Arnäsvall bus station directly to Skagsudde, which may incur additional costs.
