Getting There

Walking
Start at the Visby Town Hall, located in the heart of the city. From the Town Hall, head south on Stora Torget. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Kustvägen. Turn left onto Kustvägen and walk for about 500 meters. You will pass by the beautiful Visby city wall on your right. Continue until you reach a junction where Kustvägen meets Färjeleden. Turn right onto Färjeleden. Södra hällarna will be on your left after approximately 300 meters. Look for the signs indicating the nature preserve.

Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, start from the main square in Visby (Stora Torget). Ride south on Stora Torget, then take a left onto Kustvägen. Continue along Kustvägen for about 1 kilometer, enjoying the coastal views. When you reach the junction with Färjeleden, turn right. Södra hällarna will be on your left side after about 300 meters. There are bike racks available for parking.

From the main bus station in Visby, take bus number 1 towards 'Färjeleden'. The bus will take you directly along Färjeleden. Get off at the stop named 'Färjeleden 7'. After getting off the bus, Södra hällarna will be just a short walk away, on your left side. Follow the pathway that leads into the preserve.
