Begin your journey at Bern's main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof). From there, take Tram line 9 towards 'Grosser Muristalden' and get off at the 'Grosser Muristalden' stop. Once you arrive at Reichenbach im Kandertal, exit the train station and follow the signs towards Niesen, which is a well-known local mountain. You can hike up to the viewpoint or check for any available cable car services that may take you closer to the peak.
