Walking
Starting from the Bern Historical Museum (Bernisches Historisches Museum) located at Helvetiaplatz 5, head east on Kramgasse towards Münsterplattform. After a few minutes, you will reach the Zytglogge clock tower. From there, continue straight onto Kramgasse until you reach the Bundesplatz, where the Federal Palace (Bundeshaus) is located. Walk down the steps at the south end of Bundesplatz onto Wabernstrasse. Continue straight until you reach Nydeggstalden, where the Zähringer memorial is located.
Public Transport
From Bern main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), take tram line 9 towards Gümmenen. After 5 stops, get off at the Nydeggasse stop. Walk up the hill on Nydeggstalden, and you will find the Zähringer memorial at the top of the street.
Bicycle
If you prefer to cycle, start from the Aare river and follow the path along the river towards the Nydegg bridge (Nydeggbrücke). Cross the bridge and continue straight on Nydeggstalden. Follow the road as it winds up the hill, and you will arrive at the Zähringer memorial.
