Walking
If you are starting from the Bern Main Station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head straight towards the main road, Bahnhofplatz. Continue walking straight along Bahnhofstrasse until you reach Kramgasse, the main street of the Old Town. Turn left onto Kramgasse and continue walking until you reach the Zytglogge clock tower. From there, take a right onto Spitalgasse and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. You will see the entrance to Kleine Schanze park on your left at Taubenstrasse 6. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport (Tram)
From Bern Main Station, you can take tram line 9 or 10 towards Gümmenen or Wabern respectively. Get off at the stop called 'Zytglogge'. Once you exit, walk towards Spitalgasse and turn right. Continue straight until the end of the street, and then turn left onto Taubenstrasse. You will find Kleine Schanze park on your left. The tram ride takes about 5 minutes, and the walk from the tram stop should take roughly 5 minutes.

If you are near the Bundeshaus (Federal Palace), exit towards the main road and walk down to the Aare River. Follow the riverbank towards the east. After about 10 minutes, you will see a bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach the main road. Turn right onto Taubenstrasse, and Kleine Schanze park will be ahead on your left. This route takes approximately 20-25 minutes.
