Walking
If you are starting from Bern's main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and walk towards Bahnhofplatz. From there, head southwest on Bahnhofstrasse and follow the signs for the city center. Continue straight until you reach Zytglogge (the Clock Tower). Turn left onto Kramgasse and walk until you reach the Bundesplatz (Federal Square). From Bundesplatz, walk towards the right side of the square, and you will see the Helvetiaplatz. The Welttelegrafen-Denkmal is located in the center of Helvetiaplatz.
