    If you are starting from the main train station (Bern Hauptbahnhof), exit the station and head towards the Wabernstrasse exit. As you exit, turn left onto Bahnhofplatz and walk straight until you reach the Zytglogge (Clock Tower). From the Zytglogge, continue straight into Kramgasse, which is the main shopping street. Walk along Kramgasse for about 5 minutes; you will see the Zähringerbrunnen on your left. It is located right in the middle of the street at Kramgasse, 3011 Bern.

    If you are near the tram stop 'Zytglogge', take tram line 9 towards 'Wankdorf' and get off at the next stop 'Bern, Grosse Schanze'. From there, walk back towards Zytglogge and follow the directions for walking from the Zytglogge to Zähringerbrunnen as described above.
