If you're starting from Interlaken, take the A8 highway towards Spiez. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit for Frutigen (Exit 31). Continue on Lötschbergstrasse until you reach Tellenburg, which will be located at Lötschbergstrasse 16, 3714 Frutigen. The journey takes around 40 minutes in total from Interlaken.

From Interlaken Ost station, take the train towards Spiez. After about 20 minutes, change at Spiez for a train heading to Frutigen. The train ride from Spiez to Frutigen will take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Frutigen station, it's approximately a 10-minute walk to Tellenburg. Head east on Lötschbergstrasse, and you'll find Tellenburg at Lötschbergstrasse 16.
