Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey by getting on the A1 highway towards St. Gallen. From there, take the exit for St. Gallen and follow the signs for A13 towards Chur. Continue on A13 until you reach the exit for Herisau/Urnäsch (exit 86). Follow the signs to Urnäsch on the main road (Route 12). Once in Urnäsch, take Schönaustrasse towards the destination. Schönaupass is located at Schönaustrasse 722-720, 9107 Urnäsch. Keep an eye out for parking areas as you approach.
Train and Bus
For those using public transportation, first take a train to St. Gallen from your starting location. Once in St. Gallen, transfer to a local bus heading towards Urnäsch. You can check the SBB website for the current schedule. The bus will take you directly to Urnäsch. From the bus stop in Urnäsch, it is a short walk to Schönaupass (approximately 1 km). Follow the signs towards Schönaustrasse, and you will reach your destination.
Taxi or Rideshare
Another convenient option is to take a taxi or use a rideshare service from nearby towns or the train station in St. Gallen. Simply provide the driver with the address: Schönaustrasse 722-720, 9107 Urnäsch. This is a direct option that will save you time, especially if you have luggage or are traveling in a group.
